PREU POLYTECH strives for customer service satisfaction with our services.  Our refund policy ensures fairness and clarity.  Should a student wish to withdraw from a course or program they must adhere to the rules and conditions laid out within the policy.  There are stipulated periods for the requesting of a refund from the institution, please note that these are strictly adhered to.  No refunds are offered beyond this period, however, exceptions may be applied in cases of documented extenuating circumstances affecting the students ability to continue in the course or program.

Prospective students should take the time to make themselves knowledgeable about the conditions of refund as well as which fees are non-refundable.  PREU POLYTEC H prioritizes transparency and also aim to resolve refund requests promptly and equitably for all parties involved.

• A course or program is cancelled by PREU POLYTECH
• An overpayment is verified
• Withdrawal occurs within the officially published refund window

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Application fees

• Technology or platform access fees
• Fees for services already rendered

4. Refund Process

• Requests must be submitted in writing to the Administration Office
• Supporting documentation may be required
