ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Academic Advice

Before you apply it is essential to be properly advised on the process you are about to embark on.    Be sure that you are well advised on the the subject area, or program be before registering.  In most cases there are entry requirements that have to be met.  if you are not sure please contact the office for more information so that you can make a well informed decision.  

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Associate Degrees – The individual must have completed fith form or grade 11.  They should also possess passing grades five CSEC subjects or their equivalent.

CXC, CAPE – The individual must have completed fifth form or grade 11.  They should also possess passing grades in a least four CSEC subjects or their equivalent.

Ministry of Education  (MOE) Tuition Subsidy – These are for Jamaican applicants only and the individual must have completed fifth form or grade 11 in the year of application in order to access this subsidy.  Please inform the office that you are applying under the Sixth Form Pathways Program, SFPP in order to access the subsidy.

Enhanced Practical Nurse Technician – The individual must have completed high school.  No subjects are required for entry into this program.

Supporting Documents – Please see the required supporting documents at the top left of the application form.  Application forms can be submitted without the supporting documents; however the documents must be submitted before the start of classes. 

Registration Process

STEP 1 – Read the academic advice section thoroughly.  If unsure contact the office for further information and guidance.

STEP 2 – CLICK on the button below to access the application forms section.  Select your desired program, you should see an application form.  The form is fillable and can be completed online.  Please complete each section carefully.

STEP 3 – Once the form is completed you can submit the completed form electronically by clicking on the send button.  You can also download the application form for your own records.

STEP 4– You will require a reference form, this form can be downloaded from the same section where you accessed the application form.  Please have your referee complete and return to the office.

STEP 5 – Contact the office to make sure that they have received your application form.

STEP 6 – Compile all the required supporting documents needed to complete your file.  Please submit to the office before the start of classes.

STEP 7 – You will receive an acceptance letter once admitted.  For degree students it will contain your financial obligations.  All other applicants please contact the office for your invoices and vouchers.

STEP 8 – Once you have made payment, please submit to the office so that your file can be updated.  Please note that if you have not made payment already for registration you will be billed at that time.
